RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order.

You can return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging

CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@domdoms.nl with photos.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
