   By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. PRODUCTS
   All products are handmade, curated or assembled with care.
   Small variations in colour, shape or finish may occur. This is part of the character of the items.
3. PRICES
   All prices are listed in euros (€).
   Domdoms participates in the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (Kleineondernemersregeling, KOR).
   Therefore, no VAT (BTW) is charged on our products.
   Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
4. PAYMENTS
   Payments are processed securely via Mollie.
   We accept methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact and card payments.
   Orders are only processed after successful payment.
5. SHIPPING
   Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
   Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
   We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
6. RETURNS
   You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
   Items must be unused and in original condition.
   Custom / made-to-order items are non-returnable.
